terms of services

  • General : Please provide clear references and detailed descriptions, the more the better. I can draw OCs, Fanart, and anime-style in general, but I definitely won’t draw sci-fi, mechas, guns, furries, NSFWs, or landscapes.

  • Payment : Payments are made through Vgen's built-in payment systems here.

  • Refund : You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission. Other than that if you wish to cancel your commission after the sketch phase, there will be no refund.

  • Process and Delivery : Commission may take 4 days up to 2 weeks. If delays arise, you will be notified. I will notify you when I have started on your commission, While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews (Sketch, Line art, Flat color phases) with you to make sure I make it just right for you! During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece. Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a PSD file through email.

  • Revisions : You get 3 free revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • Usage : For non Commercial Commission I, Nuwa (the artist), retain rights to my own art, to Display them everywhere to my liking, to promote myself with it everywhere, to display them as commission samples, portfolios. Commissions are not for commercial usage, it means you (the client) can't reproduce or use the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way, or claiming the artwork as your own.
